These terms apply to all foodspots that influencers submit via "My Pins" or directly on the map. By submitting a spot, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
Your own experience
You confirm that you personally visited the submitted location and tried the food yourself. Made-up content, content taken from others, or anything you didn't personally experience is not allowed.
Honest and fair review
Your rating and description reflect your genuine, honest opinion. Criticism is explicitly allowed and welcome, but must stay factual. Content must not be defamatory, insulting, or damaging to someone's reputation, and must not contain false statements of fact.
Rights to your video and images
You confirm that you own the rights to the submitted video or images, or are authorized to publish them, and that doing so doesn't infringe on any third-party rights (e.g. music, other people shown).
Moderation
welovefoodyummy may reject, edit, or remove submitted pins at any time and without giving reasons, in particular in case of a violation of these terms.
No compensation
Submitting a pin is unpaid, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability
The submitting influencer is responsible for the accuracy of the submitted content. welovefoodyummy accepts no liability for it.
